Shipping policy

I aim to dispatch all ready-made items within 7 working days of receiving your order.

For made-to-order items, please allow up to 12 weeks for your order to be completed and dispatched. This timeframe allows for the handmade nature of each item, the availability of materials, and the volume of orders received.

Made-to-order items are often listed in batches or drops and are usually made in the order they are purchased. This means that if you purchase towards the end of a busy drop, your order may take longer to complete. However, most made-to-order items are usually completed and dispatched within 2 weeks.

If your order contains both ready-made and made-to-order items, I will dispatch everything together in one parcel once the full order is complete. This helps reduce packaging, postage costs, and environmental impact.
